The app currently has no account or reading-record backend. Books you enter, pages and time read, quotes, and room decorations stay in the app storage on your device. Before changing devices, use Settings → Save and restore records → Export reading records and keep the file somewhere you choose.
How do I add a cover photo?
In Add Book, take a photo with your camera or choose one with the system photo picker. Camera permission is requested only when you tap the camera option. Photos are optional; the app does not read a title or author from a photo automatically.
How do I change reminders and data sharing?
In Settings, you can change the daily reading reminder and separately toggle Share app usage and Share crash diagnostics. Both Firebase options are off by default. Where applicable, Manage ad privacy choices appears in Settings. iOS tracking permission can also be changed in device settings.
How do I delete or restore records?
Use Edit Book to delete a book and its linked records and quotes, or edit and delete individual entries. Importing a file keeps one safety copy of earlier records on your device; remove it with Settings → Delete device safety copy. Exported files and operating-system backups are managed separately in the location where you saved them.
